Background requirements: Multiple clients in the banking system access the same NAS storage, which is mounted to the local Linux file system to perform regular differential synchronization of business files to the backup server.


Data characteristics: A subdirectory named with a timestamp is added every day, and the subdirectories from previous days do not change.

Processing method: Use the "Synchronize the latest N days files" parameter to scan the directory timestamps. If a timestamp is beyond the configured range, the scanning will stop, significantly reducing the scanning and comparison time to improve differential synchronization efficiency. The sync time for the same directory is reduced from 16 hours to 8 minutes.
