The "China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Digital Technology Cooperation and Development Forum" is hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, co-organized by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and the People's Government of Karamay City, with the theme "Gathering Digital Technologies for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Working Together for the Future". The forum includes an opening ceremony and main forum, as well as sub-forums on topics such as digital economy, big data application, digital low-carbon, digital culture, digital infrastructure, and leading digital technologies.A wide range of domestic and foreign experts are invited to engage in in-depth discussions, aiming to implement the proposal put forward at the 22nd meeting to "establish a China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization big data cooperation center, and to create a new engine for common development," actively promoting cooperation among member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in the field of digital technology.

Previously, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology publicly solicited "cooperation cases in the digital field between China and SCO member states" domestically and internationally. Adhering to the requirements of fairness, rigor, scientific review, and professional standards, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, and the Big Data Center selected 37 exemplary cases of digital cooperation that are technically outstanding and lead by example, composing the "Collection of Cooperation Cases in the Digital Field between China and SCO Member States (2023)."

The "CMPak Pakistan Mobile Data Migration Project" that was previously submitted successfully made it into the "Collection of Cooperation Cases in the Digital Field between China and SCO Member States (2023)," and DSG is honored to be invited to participate in this forum!

DSG has long been based on self-developed technology, with a self-developed product code rate of over 90%, realizing seamless integration with data from numerous global database vendors. Its real-time replication technology capability and strong expert team skills can efficiently and accurately complete real-time replication of mainstream database data at home and abroad, while also having the ability to support various data warehouses, such as Teradata, Vertica, etc., for data migration and aggregation.

SuperSync is a high-performance database replication platform independently developed by DSG, with a certificate of copyright level issued by the National Copyright Administration of China. It supports real-time replication of different database versions and types under different operating systems. In the CMPak Pakistan Mobile Data Migration Project, DSG was responsible for the online data migration of the old system and the real-time data synchronization between the new systems.

CMPak Pakistan Mobile Data Migration Project

CMPak was established in 2007 and is a subsidiary of China Mobile, the first mobile service operator in Pakistan. With the rapid development of the mobile business in Pakistan, their existing system was unable to meet the business requirements and needed to be upgraded to maintain and improve the user's excellent data experience. At the same time, a disaster recovery system was needed to address data loss caused by hardware, operating system, and database damage.

DSG SuperSync successfully completed the business delivery migration without affecting the original system and data. Through log analysis technology and the use of DSG's unique XF1 data loading format (which improves analysis and loading speed and reduces resource usage), it achieved the first full synchronization of the business and real-time incremental synchronization technology.

At the same time, through the DSG XCMP database comparison technology, it verifies the accuracy of data synchronization and maintains the timely repair of problematic data, providing double guarantee for the normal operation of the business.

Scenario:

  1. The customer's business system is old and has poor performance. When the load is high, the database will crash. DSG, while ensuring the normal operation of the business, assists the customer in upgrading Sunos 5.10 oracle 10.2 to redhat 7.6 oracle 12.2 (with a data volume of about 15T), with a real-time synchronization efficiency of around 300-900G per hour.

  1. Assisting customers with multi-round business logic transformation and simulation cutover, splitting production from 1 to 12, and implementing data-level read-write separation for 12 sets of business systems.

  2. The cutover window was short, but DSG optimized performance and completed the business switch in just 10 minutes that evening.

  3. Historical data comparison was used for data comparison, comparing the core table content and customer business fields for some tables, balancing performance and efficiency to the greatest extent. Additionally, repair methods such as XCMP line-by-line repair, data pump, software single table repair, and software rollback were prepared that evening, but were not used due to the accuracy of the data.

Participating in the "China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Forum on Digital Technology Cooperation and Development" and having our case study listed in the collection of digital cooperation cases in the SCO member countries (2023) is not only a sharing of experiences in the field of digital technology but also a multiple affirmation of DSG's products, technologies, services, and achievements. In the future, based on independent research and development and diversified development, DSG will continue to use its actions to write a new chapter in the common development of the digital field.
